1. About this policy
This policy describes cookies and similar technologies on the Corpoo website and relevant service pages operated by OO-Apps Ireland Operations, the planned company name. Confirm the registered legal name and the exact domains covered before publication.
Cookies are small records stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and identifiers. This policy should cover the technologies actually used, not only files named “cookies”.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
Technologies strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly request may operate without cookie consent. Depending on the implementation, these may support authentication, security, session continuity and remembering your consent choice.
The exemption is limited to what is genuinely necessary. Calling a technology “functional” or “first-party” does not by itself make it exempt. Blocking essential technologies through browser settings may affect the requested service.
3. Optional technologies
Preferences: optional personalization that is not strictly necessary for the requested service.
Analytics: measurement of website use and performance that requires consent under applicable rules.
Marketing: advertising attribution, audience measurement or targeting where implemented.
Optional technologies must remain off until the visitor gives valid consent. Rejecting optional cookies should leave the core website available. Only include a category in the published policy if the website actually uses it.
4. Cookie inventory — to be completed
For every technology found in the production scan, record its name or key, provider and domain, specific purpose, category, duration, whether it is first- or third-party, and the applicable consent requirement.
The verified list must be available in the policy or linked consent tool before release. The final inventory should cover the website, embedded forms, demos and any consent-dependent scripts. Visioo’s inventory cannot establish which cookies Corpoo uses.
5. Your choices
The intended consent interface must offer clear options to accept optional cookies, reject optional cookies and choose individual categories. Optional categories must not be preselected.
A persistent “Cookie preferences” control must let you revisit and withdraw choices as easily as you gave them. Withdrawal stops future consent-dependent activity; the implementation must also address existing identifiers as appropriate. These controls are requirements for the production website, not features verified by this design draft.
You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Deleting stored consent preferences may cause the website to ask again.
6. Third parties, changes and contact
Some embedded tools may place third-party cookies or send information to external providers. Their identities, purposes and any international transfers must be disclosed in the verified inventory and Privacy policy. Consent-dependent embeds should not load before consent.
Update this policy and the consent configuration when technologies change. Record the effective date after verification. For questions, use the Corpoo Contact page and identify the topic as “Privacy / Data protection”. The Privacy policy explains broader processing and data protection rights.
